It's been several years since singer/ songwriter Chip Taylor resigned from his chosen career as a professional gambler, and although he declares he's quit, he does confess to the odd flutter, if only to get it out of his system.
"When I came back [to music], I knew I'd have to give up gambling entirely, but once a year I go to visit my old partner who I used to share information with, Ernie Dahlman."
Playing blackjack and wagering on horses he could lose $30,000 in a day, or generate $300,000.
