In Song Kim situated on the second-floor balcony of a Kapiolani Boulevard massage parlor about 3 a.m. in August and observed a brown van pull into the parking lot, circle and park. A red Camaro followed and parked next to it, as reported through court testimony.
The gambling rooms, which at times move nightly to avoid detection, offer casino-style games on a variety of tables of baccarat, blackjack and pepito, a 13-card poker game where players must win two of three hands against the dealer.
