United Way aim arrives at 95% - 2004-02-13
Though they had a slower beginning, recent major campaigns have assisted United Way in accelerating to the financial status they were at the previous year.

Forty-two employees went to the game.
An additional activity was on-location. A roulette wheel, and blackjack and craps tables were perpared in the break room, Smith revealed. Workers had the chance to win prizes within their breaks or before and after they worked.

Wine Tasting fair features casino and live music - 2004-02-13
The Malden Catholic Lancers Association pleasantly presents Wine Tasting Expo, including comedian Jimmy Del Ponte from Oldies 103 "The Breakfast Club" will be held Saturday, March 6 from 7 p.m. to midnight at Malden Catholic High School, 99 Crystal St.

Other entertainment features raffles, a wine tasting with imported cheeses, live music by Mike Valeras, jazz band. The casino will feature blackjack, roulette and a money wheel. Dancing with music by DJ Larry Storace. Available refreshments include a cash bar, a small buffet, coffee and pastries.
