A state audit of Remington Park demonstrates the horse racing track is hemorrhaging attendance and cash from betters.
Wagering decreased almost $8-million from last year in the track's August 22nd to November 30th run. During the same time, attendance fell by 37,000 people, or 28%.
A draft of the bill calls for tournament-style cards games, like poker and blackjack.
