Douglas Lentz, 36, chief executive officer of Casino Del Sol, Casino of the Sun and the AVA Amphitheater, was called at home Thursday night and told not to come in on Friday.

The trio took charge of the tribe's gambling managment in September 2000 and oversaw construction of AVA and Casino Del Sol, raised the tribes slot machine count to 1,500 from 500 and brought blackjack to both casinos.
