Pierce County's prohibition of smoking prohibition lifted - 2004-01-22
A Pierce County judge yesterday threw out its 3-week-old abolishment on indoor smoking -- and a similar statewide proposal seems to be on its last breath.
"My job is in jeopardy," stated Cutter David Cutter, a blackjack dealer from Tacoma.
"If you don't want to be near secondhand smoke, you don't have to go there," claimed Gary Murrey, who manages a Kent casino.
