A man who was found cheating at Resorts International Casino shortly less than month since it opened in 1978 has won the right to wager again in Atlantic City.
Allen Perlman, 56, of Allentown, Pa., pleaded guilty to cheating at blackjack by placing bets once the cards were dealt.
On Wednesday, the state Casino Control Commission agreed to remove his name from the blacklist.
