An historic Roseville hotel with an unique past is now for sale. The asking price is $2.2 million.
Owner Ray Phipps has chosen to sell the 93-year-old landmark Barker Hotel and retire.
Phipps remembered the spooky feeling of seeing the casino for the first time. It had blackjack tables, a Greek dice game named “barbudi,” a deli and dance floor, and a phone bank for horse betting.
