Poker, Blackjack, Slots, Casino Boats Makes Comeback At Savannah - 2004-01-15
It's been ten years since the last casino boats folded on River Street, but a new venture is prepared to roll.

From Savannah's waterfront, the casino expects two daily cruises to international waters three miles offshore, where gambling is legal. Manager partner Jim Monaghan stated that the boat will include 325 slot machines and live gambling at black jack, craps, roulette and poker tables, as well as sports betting via satellite feed.

Laughlin blackjack gamers sue over deadly biker brawl - 2004-01-15
Two Arizona locals have filed a lawsuit alleging that Harrah's Laughlin hotel-casino failed to warn patrons of "impending peril" prior to a deadly biker battle in 2002.

Kristi Schoenleber and Alan Hendrickson alleged that they were playing blackjack early April 27, 2002, when Hells Angels and Mongols motorcycle club members started a guns, knives, hammers and wrenches war.
