Badges No Longer Required By Casino Employees - 2004-01-14
The Mississippi Gaming Commission will no longer make it mandatory for casino employees to wear gaming licenses that display their full names.
Larry Gregory, executive director of the Gaming Commission, issued an industry letter on Wednesday, a day after Cathy Netto, a blackjack dealer at Grand Casino Gulfport, handed in a petition signed by over 250 co-workers requesting that employees no longer wear their badges.
