Oklahoma Casino Gives North Texans Closer Opportunity - 2004-01-12
Plopped in front of his "lucky" slot machine, Gainesville local Barry Martin is a moving advertisement for the Chickasaw Tribe's WinStar Casino.

Contrary to Vegas and Shreveport, there are no table games such as blackjack or poker, no alcohol and no coins clinking from the slot machines. Rather, the casino runs a card-key system that lets players collect their winnings as they leave.
