Bourbon Street, in New Orleans' French Quarter, is known internationally for its bars, adult entertainment venues and other pursuits.

Cain also went to Harrah's, intending to score enough cash to purchase a Sugar Bowl ticket. He stated that he previously won $400 and was willing to pay up $500 for a ticket.
"I'm a big fan of blackjack," Cain admitted. "It's been very good to me lately."

"Let's say they withdraw $450," Peyton states.
"Well, they'll take that $450 and return to the blackjack table or whatever and lose that, also. Then they go back to the ATM machine and do it all over again."
