Call it the casino boat cruise from hell: horrible food, chilling temperatures, no TV - and winning bets being paid off with checks rather than cash.

That still didn't sit well with some of the 90 guests on deck, some of whom pushed, shoved and complained when they were unable to receive the cash they won playing craps, blackjack and roulette.
