Binion's Horseshoe in Vegas sees an end to its gambling - 2004-01-10
U.S. marshals and agents from the Internal Revenue Service closed down gambling at Binion's Horseshoe hotel-casino Friday, implementing what authorities stated was a federal court judgment for nonpayment of union benefits.

But roulette wheels halted, blackjack games ended, slot machines were silenced and gamblers were infomed to cash in their chips about 7:30 p.m.
