Gaming licenses not mandatory to be be displayed - 2004-01-01
Casino employees aren't required to wear gaming licenses with their full names, after an industry letter issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
The letter by Larry Gregory, executive director of the Gaming Commission, was distributed Wednesday afternoon, after a blackjack dealer presented a petition of over 250 co-workers asking that employees no longer display their badges.
Supervisory staff members must continue to wear badges that contain their full name, job title and casino name.
